Clean rooms, deposit ensures no smoking, lots of times more inexpensive hotels the rooms smell like cigarettes and it's soo gross. I think the deposit really deters people from smoking in there, keeping the rooms nice and smelling good =) the hotel manager also was really nice, we were able to stay an extra night last minute because he looked for cancelations for us in the system (they were all booked up), which he didn't have to do. Also super good location and value. It's an 8ish minute walk to the convention center (we were here for comic con) so that was also nice to slip the traffic for the event since there is hotel parking on site. Value also just super on point for all three was to offer (including the pool which was up and running)

The room appeared to be recently updated and was nice and clean. Shower was very nice. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating to our needs for early check-in and parking. Lots of local eateries from fast food to finer dining. Close to MODA Center, Convention Center and light rail and bus. Getting downtown was quick and easy on the light rail.

The employee at the check in desk was super nice and helpful. Made sure to break down all the important info so we knew exactly where our room was, knew about breakfast, how the wi-fi worked, parking, etc. Without overdoing it! Excellent a/c, delicious waffles and juice available in the breakfast offerings.

Great place to stay if you have an event at the Convention Center. Just a short walk away and the light rail is so close. Beds are very comfortable and staff was very helpful and friendly. Was our 3rd time staying there and we'll book again.
